Material deleted from CJ20N, No PO created, still CJI5 showing open commitments.

Hello All,

Material is attached to a cost activity in CJ20N, with Item Category N, Acct Assgt Cat. N, and PR is created. Now user deletes the component from CJ20N. Material in PR shows deletion indicator. But when I execute CJI5, components are shown as open quantity. I replicated the same in quality, but on deleting component in CJ20N, commitment is also deleted. I want the commitment also be deleted as material is deleted from CJ20N. I hope the scenario is clear. Can anybody help me with this???

Dear Pravin,

Kindly try

1. Run

CJBN                 Reconstruct Availability Control

CJEN                 Reconstruct: Summarized Proj.Data

If Not than,

2. Executed the program RKANBU01 in SE38 at project level or PO level.

Then

CJBN                 Reconstruct Availability Control

CJEN                 Reconstruct: Summarized Proj.Data

If Not than,

3.

1.) Run report 'RKACOR04' for the affected object without flag 'Update'

=> test mode.

2.) Please run report 'FCOM_TOTALS_ENHANCE' as described in note

'430527' and message 00208 of correction report 'RKACOR04' with flag

'Test Run' (test mode) to see the number of inconsistencies.

3.) Run report 'FCOM_TOTALS_ENHANCE' without flag 'Test Run' (update

mode) to adjust the inconsistencies.

4.) Run report 'RKACOR04' in test mode (flag 'Update' = ' ') to see

the affected line items and totals.

5.) Run report 'RKACOR04' in update mode (flag 'Update' = 'X') to adjust

the totals.

Then

CJBN                 Reconstruct Availability Control

CJEN                 Reconstruct: Summarized Proj.Data

Thanks Yogendra,

Executed RKANBU01 and RKANBU01_CASH to remove the unwanted commitments from the project. Executed CJI5 to confirm commitments are now gone.

Dear Mahesh,

To be specific, point numer 2 mentioned by Yogendra helped me further, as I had already tried CJEN.

Still thanks for your inputs. Every suggestion from you is always valuable.

Thanks again.

PK.

check COOI table if any kind of commitment would be there then you can find object details over there.
