PM order components Item category change

Hi,

Please help me to get suitable BAdI or user exit for PM order components item category change.

PM order component item category has to be changed from L to N based on Material master "Plant specific material status" instead of Material type. Since the same material type has to be procured from Vendor we need to raise PR--> PO instead of reservation. The change of L to N should be either at the time of PM order creation or release.
