Dear Experts,

While creating IT0171, and saving the same, the system takes me to the report Enrollment. However, there I am getting the above error. I have never worked on Benefits Module before. Also, could not find any related threads for the same. Kindly help me sort the issue.

Hi Bhagyashree

Check table T74FP for the Benefit Area and Program Groupings maintained. IT0171 picks up data from this table. There is a possibility that there are no values maintained in this table because of which you are getting the error.

Hi Shruti,

Thank you so much for replying. I checked this table, and there was no entry in this table. However while maintaining, system asks me to enter Options. What are options? And where are they maintained?
