Termination action wrong maintained

Dear Team,

Due to mistake, end user terminate one of the employees before the last date i.e. last date of employees is 13^th  January 2015, while end use has put the last date as 31^st December 2014.

Client is using termination action (pc00_m40_term) then batch input session through tcode sm35

Please suggest!

which  date u wanna show here ?

if the last working day is 13^th  January 2015 you have to give  termination date in PA40  is  14 th JAN , here he will get salary for 13 days and from 14 th jan he will be terminated ...delete that action from 0000 ( action infotype )and do the termination action again from pa40 with correct dates

Hi Rakesh,

you have two options to correct the wrong entry maintained for the Employee Exit.

1. Delete the Action type in the IT 0000 and all IT's

2. T-code - PA41 you can change the termination date here as 14.01.2015 on-wards.

check it and revert back if you need any assistance.
