it is standard system behavior all deductions i.e absence details appear in deduction column.

it will not show 30 - 9 = 21 figure there ..if u want to see correct leaves updated or not check in 2001 for that subtype you can see over there whether it got correctly updated or not and as said by praneeth check in pt50 in absence quota tab by giving personal number

IT 2006 is standard behavior and it is showing correctly.
if you want to check the quota entitlement requested and remaining then go to PT50 and check.

The Number column shows the number of quota employee is entitled for the period. And the Deduction column shows the quotas used. The Number column will not change once quota is reduced. Everything is fine.
