Project lifecycle issue

Dear All,

For the implementation project, issue with the Project life cycle

1)Requester has created an change Request for example :80000500

2)Change Manager will log-in and identify the type of Request (Normal,general,admin Request and send for approval )

change the status to approved .

before approving Change manager will change the project life cycle.

here i was not able to find the change Request Number in Project life cycle (80000500)

3)Developer , Tester and IT Operator workflow perfectly till quality system

4)when IT Operator was to import the Request to Production

I am getting an error like Change the life cycle to go-live, But change Request is not visible in Project life cycle

Can Some-one Guide me to Resolve this issue
