Single user not getting workflow notification emails

Hi Experts,

We have setup extended workflow notification due to which users are able to get workflow notification emails in their inbox. There is a single user though who is not able to get the same. We have re-created the user thinking it could be user issue. What can I check so that this user can get her workflow notifications?

Hi

   Check the  Email id format

Obviously you checked their email address, as stored against their user record in SAP..?

And their SPAM / Junk folders?

Hello,

That message says that there is no problem in SAP.

What if you send an email to that address from SBWP? Or from, say, gmail?
