Unable to visible Projects in dropdown box

Dear All,

We have created three Projects (Maintenance, Implementation , Upgrade ) in Solar_admin_project Tcode

In Change Manager screen (Tcode: SM_CRM) Ui screen only one Implementation Project is visible under drop down box list

Hi Rahul,

The available Projects in the drop down list on a Request for Change may also be restricted by the landscapes assigned to your projects and the system assigned in the Request for Change Scope assignment block. If you have a Change Document assigned in the Scope block with a specific component then only projects that have that component as part of a assigned landscape will appear in the drop down list.

Hi,

Could you check the consistencies of the projects which are not visible in drop down list

Solar_project_admin ->select project->system landscape ->change management ->check

Please see if there are any errors reported and fix those

Hi Rahul,

Please check whether you have activated the ChaRM for these projects and also created the Task list.

Hi Rahul,

If those settings are fine, then check the current status of the Project/Maintenance cycle for those Solman Projects which are not visible in the search result and also the status of the Project in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN tcode.
