Credit risk analizer - BP rating derivation rule

Dear all,

We would like to derivate BP ratings from Table BP1012 in default risk limit characteristics for money market.

Then I suppose to add a table lookup (BP1012) in derivation steps but impossible to set all the proposed source fields as I don't know from which fields I can retrieve these informations except for BP number ...

Could you please help me...

ok guys,

I finally found the way to derive this BP rating:

I added standard characteristics GRADE and GRADE_METHOD to my analysis structure.

I created a new characteristic WYQ20S (i.e.) based on original field BP1012-DATE_TO in order to complete my BP1012 in derivation rule source fields (the 2 other fields are useless so with initial value allowed).

Then it is rather simple to create steps for deriving this new limit characteristic.

Please maintain here business partner and limit product group which you want to get the utilized when creating, treasury transaction automatically

that's the rating we can see on your 2nd screen (limit characteristics) that I have to derivate from the BP counterparty view (included in table BP1012)....

Please maintain the field "GRADE" for Rating in the source field and check.

But in order to get this rating, first I have to fill in the complete key of BP1012 table as source fields.

Means:

- Business partner number  ==> no problem

but the 4 others, I have no clue how I can determine it.

Please check the table BP1012 and assign the required fields.

Also, try to check standard settings for this table fields to find out SAP provided entries.

I already checked BP1012 and here are the key fields I have to populate:

BP1012 PARTNER Business Partner Number    FOB PARTNR

BP1012 TIMESTAMP Time Stamp; Obsolete     ??

BP1012 DIFTVAL Differentiation Criterion           ??

BP1012 DATE_TO Valid-to Date for Rating         ??

BP1012 GRADE_METHOD Rating Procedure     ??

No other fields provided by SAP fits in these 4 remaining fields...

Yes. No other fields provided by SAP.

Can you try to add below fields at Analysis characteristics (Basic Analyzer settings -> Define Analysis Characteristics):

TIMESTAMP

DIFTVAL

DATE_TO

GRADE_METHOD

So that, these fields will be populated to Source fields.
