" All Back Ground work Processes in Solman Always get occupied by report "SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL"

Hi Experts,

Can you guys help me with this issue.

Currently we are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP12,  Currently in my solution manager system, all the Background Work process get occupied by SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL report, Not leaving any single work process, which is causing a huge problem, Other jobs are not able to run, like alert Calculation job and all.

when I check in SM50 I could see below

12 BGD 13448   Running  Yes     193814 SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL 800 SOLMAN_BTC Delete BALHDR

13 BGD 3056     Running  Yes     365387 SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL 800 SOLMAN_BTC Delete BALHDR

14 BGD 9008     Running  Yes     280262 SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL 800 SOLMAN_BTC Delete BALHDR

15 BGD 14164   Running  Yes     538172 SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL 800 SOLMAN_BTC Delete BALHDR

16 BGD 13124   Running  Yes     453071 SAPLSBAL_DB_INTERNAL 800 SOLMAN_BTC Delete BALHDR

Can you guys please help me know, why it is occupying all the work process, can I restrict them to use only 3 work processes.

These are running continuously not allowing to perform any task on Solman system.

Quick help is highly appreciated.

This looks like a known error and you may need to install a patch or support package.  Check out the following SAP Note:
