Hi Imran,
follow the below steps
1. telnet localhost 5$$08 (where $$ is the instance number of your system)
2. Enter the j2ee_admin user name and password
3. deploy D:\com.sap.aii.adapter.lib.sda version_rule=all
Create a directory suppose depl and place the com.sap.aii.adapter.lib.sda file

Hi Imran,
I think the way you're deploying the file is incorrect. Please go through the link below and the sap note that should provide you the complete steps to install the JDBC driver.
Providing External Drivers for the JDBC and JMS Adapters - PI (Process Integration) - SAP Library
1138877 - How to Deploy External Drivers JDBC/JMS Adapters
Hope it helps you in this regards.

You have selected the "Stack Configuration File" and then you are providing the path of the drivers. This option should be selected only if you are providing a stack file for the update/upgrade.
In your case you should select the second option "Manually Prepared Directory" and provide the path where the drivers are kept.
Cheers
