update Chart of Accounts G/L Account Code

Hi all

Any idea is that a standard feature that allows user to update change of G/L Accounts code in Chart of Accounts for those accounts already with postings?

HI,

You can not modify or delete the Chart of Account, once entry is passed.

I managed to find the answer from SAP Forum that this is a standard feature for segmentation accounts.
