Capacity planning CN50 report date shifting issue

I am
facing an issue related to capacity requirement planning issue related to dateshifting to next day in CN50 report. Below is the explanation.

This issue is related to PS-PP integration.

1. In work center capacity requirement formula (SAP008) is maintained along with work center calendar, Scheduling tab of work center
other formula (SAP004) & Distribution key (SAP050) also maintained.

No of individual capacity=7, operating time= 6hrs , day start time=8.00am ,end time =16.30pm with 1hrs break

2. In Network, the activity is considering the operation time in scheduling, since in network scheduling parameter we have maintained to
consider operating time (Adjust date field) i.e.

1. Earliest start date 22.12.2014, start time=8.00am,earliest end date 22.12.24 end time=16.30pm

2. Latest start date 22.12.2014, start time=8.00am, latest end date 22.12.24 end time=16.30pm

Now when in internal activity work field I had given 4 hrs & also relevant work centre, and then go to personal assignment tab
give person name,date (22.12.2014) and time=8.00am , work= 4hrs, duration=1 day.

Now when I schedule and save the project and check in CN50 (capacity evaluation report) the earliest & latest finish date moves
to 23.12.2014.

Note: project & network activity is in created status ( It doesn’t matter much).

I did one test by putting constraint on network activity i.e must finish on 22.12.2014, now what happened the earliest finish time & latest finish time
showed as 24:00:00 from initial 16:30:00 because of constraint. Now checked in CN50 report, the earliest & latest finish date shows 22.12.2014.(which is
correct)

Also one more thing when I gave 3hrs of work in work field against the person in person assignment tab the duration is calculated
automatically as 0.5hrs and in the cn50 report shows correct finish date i.e
22.12.2014.

When I enter 4hrs of work in work field & forcibly enter duration 1 day against
the person in person assignment tab & check cn50 report the earliest &
latest finish date moves to 23.12.2014.

Standard
capacity header is maintained & workdays considers the factory calendar is
maintained.

My question for above post is if the person in work center has operating time of
46hrs a day, when I give 4hrs & 1day duration against the person in Person
assignment tab why is date shifting to next day i.e 23.12.2014 in cn50 report
(after scheduling).

The work should complete on 22.12.2014 considering 4hrs of work which is less than
operating time of 6hrs a day.

Please experts your advice & thoughts are valuable.
