Dear Experts,
We have recently done the ECC upgrade from ECC 4.5 to ECC 6.0 EHP7.
Currently we are using BW 3.X. After upgrade when we try to load the data to the Cube we are getting error " Destination has incorrect unicode settings"
Kindly let us know how can we resolve this issue. Attached the screenshot for your referece.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Krishna.
Hi Krishna,
Go to source system -> Right click on source system -> Click on 'Connection Parameter' -> click on "Unicode" tab.
Check the settings maintained for this system in BW and later take help from your BASIS team to check the ECC upgraded system unicode settings.
Based on your screen shot. you need to check whether the unicode tab, Communication Type with Target System should have a radio button "UNICODE" and you need to select that radio button.
and there itself Character Conversion should be Default setting.

Krishna Chaitanya.
