Additonal Actions

Hi SAP Experts.

Additional Actions have been activated in our system. hence we can run tow actions on same day. but however we know we cant run two actions which changes employee statuses,

But however now we have got an situation like we have hired one person. at last minute he turned down the offer. he didn't show up, hence we need to run termination action on same day. clients want his record to be there for historical purposes.

Hence how could we achieve this solution by hiring and termination on same day?
