dear Expertise

kindly  i need help  how  can  i make the system  condition field in the orders which  generated from  the maintenance plan  to be by default  with  value 

0 ( not in operation ) ... . kindly clarifying with steps

Hi Hossam,

The field in Task List will flow in your Order you may need to fix up the filed in Task list.

Hello Hossam,

Go to IP02 of your plan. In the Task list screen area at the bottom, click on the Task list Detail icon , and in the resulting pop-up, put your choice of Syst.Condition and Save the plan. This sets the default value of Syst.Condition in the Order header generated through this plan.See the picture below.

Is this a standard config for that you provided a screen shot. or we have to config the same.

It's standard. Try to see it first in your IP41 / IP02 etc.

This is the correct answer. Assigning the System Condition to the Maintenance Item as shown above, results in the System Condition field in the Work Order being filled.
