Dear Expert,
There is some changes in salary structure while maintaining the monthly CTC fixed , and hence the previous adjustment case here. I have one custom report for same which shows the value in consolidate way however client wants to have another report referring the same which contain the component wise details. I would like to have your input here in order to resolve my issue.
When I run the custom salary register report, there is mismatch in the arrears amount which reflecting in the report and the amount which I am calculating.
For e.g. previous adjustment value is 1017 in Nov Month but component changes are as below in infotype 0008
Monthly CTC (Oct ) - 16917 and Monthly CTC (Sept ) - 16917
Basic salary (Oct) – 6525 and Basic salary(Sept)- 6525
Medical (Oct) – 1250 and Medical (Sept)- 1250
Transport (Oct) – 400 and Transport (Sept) – 800
HRA (Oct) - 2610 and HRA(Sept )—1958
Others (Oct) – 5035 and Others (Sept) – 4534
I have referred various Arrear related SCN thread which have mentioned about ZN42, ZN43, and ZN44

I have checked the system and there is ZN41, ZN42,ZN43 are present but not ZN44. Do I need to maintain this in the system ?
Please throw some light on this issue.
Regards,
Ritu
Hi,
Check the ZN44 pcr are available in th INN1 subschema or not.
Check the current month DT table details and share the table output details.

Hi Sankarsan,
Thanks a ton for your kind support.
I have checked the system and found IN44 within ZNN1.
With the help of DT table, now calculations are clear to me. I have little doubt in one more case...
Arrear calculation is as below
77+38+212+31+48+1616 - 25 = 1997
I want to know this 25 is of "33F1" or "/AF5 " ???
I believe, it is /AF5. pls suggest ...
Regards,
Ritu
