Absence - Validity and Deduction Periods

Greetings Experts,

Need some info related to Validity and Deduction Periods.

Now the Client requirement is as follows:

1. An employee is entitled to a 50 days leave on the 23^rd month [from the date of joining]
2. The validity and deduction period for this leave would be up to 3 months i.e., up to 26^th month.
3. One more requirement is that the leave can be applied up to 3 months before the accrual i.e., the employee can apply from 20^th month onward.

I have made one setting in Validity and Deduction Periods which if for End of validity. Just need to check if this is fine. Also need to know how to configure point 3.

Please check with BADI or Exit with the help of abap'er.
