Can V_T508A table be filled automatically?

Dear Time experts,

I've tried to create WSR through PT01  but it shows an error like "Entry 2 22 57 doesnot exist in T508A(Check entry) ".  I've gone through various threads but couldn't make it out. I've 40 calendar IDs, 72 PSG, and for each 35 work schedules(AFTR/MORN/NITE/GENL/BREK,etc). So if I keep on filling V_T508A tables via sm30 there would be 2000+ entries.

Any way to fill it automatically.

If the number of entries are more, hope in abap you can create an common upload program and insert the record in T508A table. Please find the link below.

Hi Nildari,

You have to fill V_T508A and I am not sure if there is any automatic solution for this issue.

Although you can create a record and then copy the others, please make sure about your design for 40 calendars, 72 PSG and 35 WSR.
