Hi All,
I configured CCMS to send alerts automatically using the method CCMS_OnAlert_Email, and it worked correctly.
But Yesterday I created again the CCMS monitor and the whole thing, and when an alert occurs that alert gets from status ACTION_REQUIRED to status ACTIVE, and it is not sending the email.
Any idea?

Hi,
If it is happening once in a while then it maybe because of temporary issue (maybe related to mail server etc).
If it is happening regularly and will all email domain (try with gmail/yahoo etc) then we need to investigate something.

Hi, It is working but the email got 14 minutes to reach my inbox.
How can I do to get those emails faster?
