Hi Bapu.
For which state are you deducting LWF ...
The method of deduction differs from State to State for Termination case...
For example, if an employee in Kerala leaves the organization before 30 th June, the system will not compute the LWF contribution for the employee. In the case of Tamil Nadu however, the system will compute the LWF contribution even if the employee leaves before the 31 st December.

For more details refer Termination column in above link..

If i Run the separation action from 31.12.2014 then LWF is not calculating.
Yes that is because.. Employee has worked till 30.12.2014 ,,, so it is not calculating for whole December month...
Same way if you do separation on 9.12.2014, (Employee worked till 8.12.2014), LWF is not deducting.. System is neglecting Dec month..
If you want LWF deduction for Dec month.. Then separate employee on 1.1.2015..
For West Bengal.. For Mid month separation .. LWF deduction is ignored for that month...
Your separation action start date would be 01.01.2015.
If it's calculating then as per my understanding that LWF is constant amount based on the state and if employee have not worked full the month then you can't deduct LWF against him.
If still client wants to deduct then go with custom wage type for EE and ER share through IT15 and deduct from the salary.
Check and tell me.

Sankarsan
