Assign Diagnostis Agent

Hi everyone!

I am doing Managed System Configuration in Solution Manager 7.1 sps12. I am adding SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6, and currently I am in a step 4: Assign Diagnostics agent. I have Diagnostics agent installed on Solution Manager host, but not on the ERP host.

In SLD Agent Candidates window there is a DAA instaled on Solution Manager host:

But when I click on the Find Agent:

there is no diagnostics agent available for adding:

How can I resolve this issue?

Do I have to install Diagnostics agent on ERP host as well?

I am new to basis and I would appreciate any help!

Hi,

Yes you need to install the agent on ERP hosts as well by following SCN doc

and try to check again for the availability of Diagnostic agent.

Hi Zeljko,

You need to install diagnostic agent on manage system host.

If you have distributed environment then you need to install on CI host and database host.
