Diagnostics Agent :The table does not contain any data

Hi Friend,

In SOLMAN 7.1 configuration

solman_setup > System Preparation > 6.3 Connect diagnostics agent

after clicking Get Agent

"The table does not contain any data"

i want to connect diagnostic agent.

Can anyone help in this to connect with diagnostic Agent.

Hi Ram,

In this step you can see another tab SLD agent candidates from where you can get the agents.Select your agent and then connect.After some time it will get connected and now you can find the agent in the table.
