Service Notification(IW51) -> How to create attachment from ABAP code using Generic Object Services?

I have created an program to create service notification in SAP system.

I find that In the SAP t-code for create service notification (IW51), there is an option to attach files using generic object services.


I would like to know whether I can add the attachment functionality from my ABAP code while creating the service notification.
