How to configure printer for GRC AC

Hello GRC Experts

Here in the firefighter log review process, the firefighter controller need to print the log review work item. Can any one please tell me how to configure the printer? Thank you in advance

Hello James,

You need to ask your basis team to check settings in SPAD and in SU01 for your login.

Hi James,

Please check the SAP note - 894009 to configure ADS and 944221for troubleshooting problems.

Additionally,Please review the sap note-

1666846 - SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java required for Adobe Document.

Basically you need to have ADS configured

Hi Madhu

We just need to print our the work item to local printer(Maybe the system can popup a dialog to select the defined printer in the local computer), it's unnecessary to print as PDF file. Can you please tell me how to configure the printer? Thanks a lot
