Dear Experts,

I am working on HR Renewal 2.0 FP2 and my system updated status : ECC 6.0 EHP7, EA_HR 608 & SAP_HR 608 SP Level 08.

I am able to open the portal and when I will click on the ESS tab (HR Renewal Role) next page is opening, but when i am clicking on Service showing following error.

HR Renewal 2.0 FP2 : Error-Page not found. Refresh the page or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your Portal administrator for assistance.

Hi Santosh,

Just check the LDP_CUST configuration in the ECC system.

In Role HRPAO, Instance ACTIONS check the

1) System Alias (Alias of the SAP System created in Portal,  Std Alias is SAP_ECC_HumanResources)

2) WDA application Name

3) Configuration Name

4) Target Application Parameters

5) Namespace

Are properly maintained.

Hi Santosh,

Try to assign 'Everyone' role to the user and then find the missing roles by tracing in ST01.

Also check the permissions/roles that you have assigned to the iview/uses respectively. Try to execute the application from back end and check it once.
