Can anybody explain me how to use View functionality in SRM Catalog.
My requirement is that
1. I have 5 items in one catalog
2. Two users are using same catalog
3. Now A user should be able to see only those itmes which he can procure(let us say item 1,2 and 3)
4. And B user should be able to see only his procurable items(let us say item 4 and 5)
Can I use view functionality here in this case if so then how should I move on...
Regards,
Navneet
Hi
Which CCM version are you using ?
Prerequisites
-> You have used the View Definition function to create the view that you want to assign.
-> You have published the catalog since creating the view.
-> You have authorization to make changes to the role to which you want to assign a view. For more information about authorization, see SAP Authorization Concept.
