Hi,

user want to determine sales value on each level Like.-

National sales Manager(NSM)-->Regional Sales Manager(RSM)--->Zonal Sales Manager(ZSM)--->Area Sales Manager(ASM)--->Sales officer(SO)-->Sales Representative(SR).

Define price condiitions, add them to your Price procedure (set them as statistical). Price conditions will be based on partners you´ll have defined for NSM, RSM....

Also user only wants to enter sales Representative in sales order as a partner function & upper level hierarchy are automatically determine like SO,ASM,ZSM,RSM,NSM.

Those partners will have already been assigned to sold-to and copyed automatically to your sales document. I guess there´s no need to assign it to sales order manually as they don´t change often and can be mantained in sold-to once you´ve mapped your sales force...

Have you tested the Customer Hierarchy functionality with different Account Groups ?  If not, test it and update here what issue you are facing.

Dear Sir,

i tested customer hierarchy functionality in our sandbox system.

Create new account group Z112(Sold to party) & standard hierarchy node 0012.

Create a hierarchy node by t code VDH1N like NSM-->RSM-->ZSM-->ASM-->SO-->SR

Partner function determine by Z112 customer account group & when we enter Sales representative(ZS) as partner function then upper node SO,ASM,ZSM etc are not determined automatically as customer Hierarchy.

Please help...

Dear Sir,

Why dont we use the Customer master fields in sales data tab .Like sales district(north south, east ,west),sales office with a prefix of Regions r1....etc, sales groups being the representatives.

However for other hierarchies we could use Customer groups

The path being Customer master sales area-->extras-->additional data

having a logical thought as per process.With this we can create a report as per requirement.
