As per my requirement top of the webi report draw the one table, like below , please can guide me how to draw

Report Element -- Table -- Insert Vertical table (You can have different table formats in report element Vertical / Horizantal / CrossTab).
Hi,
From table tab you can insert a table in to a report. But using this option you have blank table with 3 columns and 1 row.
If you need anything apart from this than you have to use Blank Cell to design table.
