How to bring STO Condition cost to COPA Report

Hi Expert

I need your help for COPA Report following is the clients requirement

1) My client want Depot Wise Profitability analysis which include Stock transfer Cost also

2) For example if my Goods at Manufacturing Plant is Rs. 1000/-

3) When Goods transfer to Depot which include

    a) freight for Rs. 10/-

    b) handling charges Rs. 20/-

    c) Loading and unloading charges 30/-

4) Now Cost of material cost at depot is

    MRP cost at Manufacturing palnt is Rs. 1000/-

    Freight Rs.                                                 10/-  

    Handling charges                                       20/-

    Loading and unloading charges                 30/-

                                                        -------------------------

    Total                                                        1060/- 

5) Delivery Will be done through VL10B Tcode But there is no Co Pa document is created since there is no account assignment is available

6) Billing will be done through VF01 tcode

Please required you Assist and  help how to bring the cost to CO  PA Report

Hi Trinath,

Assign the above MM conditions to CO-PA value fields. Then it automatically transfer the values to CO-PA.

Hi Trinath,

In STO pricing schema there is a conditions for price, Freight,handling & loading & unloading charges. You have to assign these conditions to value fields as you maintained SD conditions to value fields. Then only you get the data in CO-PA.

Thanks for the Solutioning but that does not full fill the requirement as i said that all the three condition are from STO Condition type but when doing delivery through VL10B then  there is No account assignment for profitability segment is displaying in STO  Order due to that profitability document is not generating

Have you created as a cost elements for GL accounts which has assigned to the conditions? Please check and revert me.

All 3 items having CE cat 1...is it ?  if so

You can make direct posting from FI/MM actual data flow setting through PA transfer structure for direct posting to value field

SPRO>PA>FLOW OF ACT VALUE>Direct posting from FI/MM>Maintain PA struc for direct posting
