Maximum number of models in a Project

Hi everybody

About your experiences, What is the best way to organize around 60 models all of them are BPM, We can organize them in one project or better some projects, the idea is improve performance with the repository and reuse objects between the models.

So, I will appreciate any help about this issue.

Hi,

Better multiple projects. As you are planning for re-usability this approach helps. some roadblocks might be circular ref.

Another benefit will be Separating the processes going forward based on Upgrades required back end systems dependencies etc.

Hi,

I would agree that Projects are not my first go to, just for organization reasons. I like folders in the Repository along with Projects, where warranted. Items(i.e. processes) can be shared between models using Replicas and/or Shortcuts regardless of the Project they may or may not be contained within.
