Hi all

I was trying to install sap 4.7 on windows 8 and also got stuck in the same scenario. I am also getting the same error. Moreover I have checked the server in services and it is running. Please see below the error message.

Hi Prashant,    

    Have you solved it? I guess that it's not a problem with  windows version at first, it is related with privilege during the installation, the Host is called Prashant? Could you add more info?

I am getting the same error only.  you are right, the host is Prashant i.e. myself.

Please let me know what else info you required.
