Not able to implement Note

Hello Experts,

The customer is unable to implement the SNote and this note is not an standard note.

This note has 2 dependencies with 1 manual correction. In one of the dependent note the new function module is being created.

But the customer is not able to implement the note (but the dependent notes are already implemented along with manual correction). I tried with "Implementation Test" and the result was no status for note after implementation (no red or no yellow or no green color in the traffic light). On opening the note after implementation test, the status is "Undefined Implementation State".

The note and the customer system are on same version, but I am not sure about the Support Package.

Note: The note status when opened in CSS is "Cannot be implemented".

Kindly suggest the solution.

It seems the note is already there in the system . So what do you need ?

You say

Usually it means that the note doesn't comply with your system components. Have you checked it thoroughly?

If you tried to implement the note you can check the correction instructions in the note - whether they are implemented in your system. If at least one object is not the same - the note is not implemented completely.

If you got problem like "Cannot be implemented", in that case your system configuration and support pack is not compatible to the selected note, try to get more note for same updates/patching which can be implemented easily.
