Rescheduling issue

Hi,

In MD04 I have available quantity in negative, but after MRP run the system not proposing the rescheduling.

Please explain why the system generating the reschduling proposals.

Hello Suresh

You should always use MD05 instead of MD04 to check the rescheduling proposals generated from MRP.

See the following document:

If it's not helpful to you, please provide a screenshot of MD05.

Hi Suresh

It looks like system is generating new planned orders on specific dates. Which lot sizing procedure are you using?

Please also check if there are tolerance values defined for the rescheduling check on OMDW.

It's also possible to hide an exception message on customizing. Check the rescheduling messages customizing on the following SPRO path:

MRP-->Evaluation-->Exception messages-->Define and group exception messages.

sorry, system not giving any rescheduling messages.

in Planned order - rec./req = 2 & available qty = -6
