Net-weaver Administrator user ID Locked

Dear Team,

My Administrator id is locked in my portal. I have tried to activate via config tool--> Template-->Services-->***--> ume.superadmin.activated this option is can not edit mode.

I have select via Expert mode but the option is can not getting edit mode.

Can you please tell me how we will edit this option.
