SAP Syclo Service Manager

Hello All , One of my customer intrested to implement for SAP Syclo service manager ? But i have some doubts like : 1) SAP Syclo Service Manager will come with SMP 3.0 or Only Agentry Server . 2) If it will come with SMP but we are only intrested in Agnetry Server only . So , can we get with only Agentry server ? 3)How much licience cost per users ? Can you please provide some suggestion on it ? Thanks & Regards, Kunal Varaiya

1) There is no Syclo any more.
2) All Agentry Application are only release on SMP 3.  You can alway pull an older version of the applicaito, but the lastest release is on SMP 3.  Note, Agentry 6.0 Is going to be EOL next year.  Only bug fixes are going into Agentry 6. Any thing new goes into SMP 3.

3) You will need to talk your AE.
