FSE7 - Maintain Foreign Language Text for Financial Statement Version

Hello All,

I am trying to put translations for different languages in the FSV. I am using tcode FSE7 to do it. But whenever I try to hit enter after entering the necessary details like FSV number, source and target language, the system gives me error "Select a Function (message # FE028)".

I tried looking into SAP notes but could not find anything to help me out. Have anyone come across this type of issue? what was the workaround/solution?

Hi Sagar,

At the the time of executing the FSV, there is a option for language in the report after the FSV field, there you can maintain the language. Try to maintain it.

Can you explain in more details for me? I need translations for a FSV but I get the same problem with FSV7 as Sagar does.

If I execute the report S_ALR_87012284 I can choose language as you descreibe, but I cannot change the text/language of the hierarchy I build in FSV2?!

I have tried to use SE63 - but have not figured out precisely how to identify the objects in the hierarchy I build in FSV2.

I would really appreciate your help
