Archiving & Deletion of messages in PI: change the value from INIT to DEL ?

Hi everyone;

I have the next doubt, could you please help me. I ran the Archiving & Deletion of messages after two years of operation. But the issue is that only worked with PI mesages that were setting up since the retention period and the interfaces we're add to the archiving list from XMB_ADM -> Define Interfaces for Archiving and Retention Periods. None of the first two years messages were deleted. I found out registers from ITFACTION field with INIT value.  Is there any standar report that allow me to change the value from INIT to DEL ?. I appreciate your help.
