Number of payroll runs completed

Hi all,

I am looking for how to find number of payroll runs / processes successfully in production system. If you have any clue or solution, please share to me. Thanks a lot.

Assuming in Oct, payroll has run successfully for 10K employees, Nov - 11K, Dec - 12K => total is 10K + 11K + 12K = 33K.

I guess wage type report is an useful tool to find out by using wage type /557 or /559 (but not all will have the wage type,  e.g: full month no paid, claim, etc).

I thought I've found already, we can download information from table PCL2.

Selection screen:

1. RELID Your country payroll cluster.

2. SRTFD Employee number is blank if you want to find all. If you want to find ee range 0100,0000 to 0199,9999, you can specify 0100,0000* to 0199,9999*

3. SRTF2: only finding which one is 0 (you can set condition as less than 1).

4. PGMID: standard payroll program. e.g: RPCALCR0 for Singapore.

(Note: the PCL2 maybe updated by Pre-DME program as well: eg RPCDTAR0)

Anw can use wage type report with /559 or /557 because the number of case with claim or full month unpaid should be not much

Hi Woody,

I hope pay results have been posted to FI...

tcode :- PCP0... opt Edit.. Filter -- Delete Filter...

Under "st" option..filter the list with "50"... (Document Position Status)

You will get a list of all posted documents to FI...per period ...

Now select one document & Opt "Goto" ----"Run Attributes".. You will get "number of personnel numbers selected" for one period say Oct month...

Similarly you can look out for Nov.. & Dec month.. & finally add the numbers...
