Hi,
Urgent help is required. I have a query on how depreciation values are shown for different depreciation areas in asset explorer.
In our system, except depreciation area 01, all depreciation areas have "0 - Area doesn't post" in Post to GL field in OADB. When depreciation is calculated, it posting only for depreciation area 01. But for depreciation area 50, I can see the posted values in AW01N, but no values are showing for depreciation area 51. Both areas have same configuration. DA 50 for local currency, DA51 for USD.
After depreciation run is completed for period 06, ANLC table showing "06" in posted upto (AFBLPE) field for DA 01 and for DA50. but this field is zero for DA 51. in AW01N also, the posted values and planned values can be seen for DA50, but no values are showing for DA51.
My question is why the values for DA51 are not calculated and not shown in ANLC and AW01N?
Is there any SAP standard transaction available to calculate depreciation for DA51?

Hi Bharath,
Can you please share screen shot from OADB,
Also check your system settings in OABN(51 should be checked), OABS(not checked), OABU(not checked)
There must be some difference in 1,50 & 51, else share screen shots
Also did you recently added a new area (51) after the initial configuration.
Thanks in Advance.

Thanks Pankaj,
Attached the screen shots for these Tcodes. Area 30 and 50 have same settings, but depreciation values are not showing for 30, 31 and 51, but showing for 50.
I am not sure about whether this area 51 was added later or there in initial configuration. Because we recently started in this client. I will check this point.

Bharath
