How to change News images?

Hello,

I need to change the images contained on the News of the Home page. I'm able to change text but images despite RSS has text and image.

Please some help.

Hi Mario,

There is currently no way to change those images.  They come prepackaged with the product, and are automatically associated to each of the news in the feed.

Thanks Gabriele for your response. I would like to remark that News is being a problem than a help.

1.- You can not change images of News

2.- You can not show images of the RSS on News

3.- You can not control the number of slides of News

4.- If images can't be changed and News can't be removed then clients are bound to see images of other sectors

Such an attractive tool should be more flexible.

Please, how can I change or add my own RSS to the dashboard page ? I have the xml code and the adress.

Hi Mauricio,

Login to C4C as an Admin.

Switch to Silverlight. 

Open the Homepage.

Adapt, and select any role (e.g. Default).

When you hover on the News tile, you'll see a gearwheel at the bottom left.

Select RSS and add your feeds.

There is currently no plan to allow the personalization of the pictures used by the News tile.
