Transaction DSWP consists of a variaty of functionalities that provide support in the <i>operation and continuous improvement phases</i> of your solution. This means in detail:
- monitoring your solution (such as system monitoring, central system administration, business process monitoring, SAP EarlyWatch Alert, Service Level Reporting)
- maintaining issues to document, distribute and track certain action items or to order an SAP expert to solve a specific issue for you and
- ordering and/or executing a variaty of SAP remote, onsite or self services (such as for safeguarding or optimizing your systems)
This is just a rough overview. My recommendation to approach this topic:
1. Decide in which areas/scenarios you will need support.
2. Elaborate on those areas/scenarios using available information sources, such as:
