Average of Appraisal rating

Hi,

My client follows Quarterly appraisal Process.There are total 4 quarters.At the end of December,the average of all the quarters is calculated and based on the result Appraisal is given.My query is how will the system calculates the average ratings of all the four quarters.From where will system pick the data?

Can you specify how employee appraisals are recorded ?

are you using Appraisal catalog / directly master maintenance IT 0025 ?

@ Yurii: Should it be manually calculated by us?Is there no way that system calculates the average and gives the overall rating in last quarter appraisal document.

@Praneeth: I am using appraisal catalog.

It can be done in BADI HRHAP00_VAL_DET. You have to code this calculation once.

You have 4 documents in the year. In forth you have to calculate Average from 4 documents?
