Usage of Start Routine for deleting few records

Hello Everyone,

I want to know the code for deleting certain records in Start routine.Can anyone please guide me for the same.

Here is the scenario,I have Customer related data ie account number and Amount.I want delete all the records of odd account numbers.It means I want to delete data related for account numbers 101,103 and so on.

Can anyone please guide me how we can do the same using start routine.What is the step by step procedure and when going inside transformation where exactly i need to write the code.

Please find attached screenshot so the data populating in datasource can be clear.
