Directory Error

Hi,

    While login with SAP Sourcing/CLM, I am getting Error message "Directory Error".Can some body help me to solve this problem?

You will need to look in the application log. What directory are you using? It is possible the directory itself is unavailable or that the directory configuration is no longer valid.  Some directory configurations rely on certificates. If the certificate expires this can cause communication problems between the app and the directory.  If the information you see in the application log is not sufficient, turn on debug logging to get more detail.
