Hi FS-PM Experts,
Do you know which transactions refer to the following IMGs under the Additional Account Assignment in FS-PM?
I can’t find any transactions or report programs which has the Reporting Variants.
Define Statutory Reporting Variant
Assign Statutory Reporting Variant to Company and Product Group
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Kyoungkeun

Hi,
You can refer to the note 985360 - CORR: Statutory reporting variant documentation.
As per this note, IMGs under the Additional Account Assignment in FS-PM is not sufficiently documented. It refers to statutory reporting in FSCD and you can utilize statutory reporting functionality in FSCD.
Hope this is was what you were looking for, and helps you.
Thanks

Hi Kyoungkeun,
FS-PM tags all items of the cash flow and non-cash flow documents with additional account assignments. These can be used in downstream systems to produce statutory reports.
Since each country and line of business commonly has different statutory reporting requirements, the statutory reporting variant determines how the document items are tagged. The variant is derived from the country and product group in the customizing you mentioned. Currently, the FS-PM standard only implements the logic for Germany and does not provide a switching mechanism between implementations. However, a BAdI is available to adjust the logic. The variant could be used in the BAdI to switch between different implementations.
The variant itself is not stored anywhere on the documents.
Note that FS-PM does not produce the actual statutory reports, it only tags the documents so that the reports can be created by downstream systems.
Best regards,
Michael
