Error when execute ./hdbinst(sps08)

Hi Expert,

I have downloaded the HANA sps08 software,when I try to run the ./hdbinst,an error was thrown,as below:

"

HANA08:/HANA08/51048744/DATA_UNITS/HDB_SERVER_LINUX_X86_64 # ./hdbsetup

cannot find real path for '/HANA08/51048744/DATA_UNITS/HDB_SERVER_LINUX_X86_64/./../install/sdbrun': No such file or directory

"

But from the installation package,there is no such folder,anyone have idea about this.

You should use the SAP HANA lifecycle management (HDBLCM) tools instead of the very old hdbsetup.

On your installation media look inside the directory HDB_LCM_LINUX_X86_64 and you will see hdblcm and hdblcmgui. Use these tools for installing SAP HANA the correct way!

I have solved it,reason we should use unara x XXX.exe unpack the file,not unpacked in windows OS,then upload to Suse.
