Hello Experts,
I am working on SAP ME 15.0 with quality inspection lot scenario (<100% inspection).
Production order with inspection lot sent from ECC to ME has created necessary DC group with parameters as in inspection chars in ECC and also in shop order there is a SFC Group size and also inspection sample size as below:
During confirmation an SFC Group is also created as explained in the help document:
But I do not see ant sample SFC here:
Hence I am not able to complete the process further.
What could be the possible reason for this and resolution?
