Hello Krishna,

What is the version of the SUM tool being used. Please check the HDBSTORE default values.
Are the hostname defined correctly ?
Do it have any special character ?

Hi Krishna,

Please check the port number assigned in the respective profile

/usr/sap/sid/HDB<nr>/<instance>>

SAPSYSTEM=nr

If incorrect, try changing it if that works.

Prithviraj.

Hi Sriram,

We already checked this. Index server is running without any issues.

As said earlier our HANA instance is on instance 00. But somehow in the upgrade it was referring to the instance 01. Our application(SAP instance) has instance number 01 and database instance is 00.

Krishna

Hi Krishna

I think in HANA you will have two instance numbers one for db and another for instance. Could you paste the full log
