How to forcefully change the status of CD to "Imported into Production" without making it to check the track table entry.

Hi Experts,

We have created one Project which had Virtual Production System.

Few RFC's were created with the help of these Project and they were taken till PPD system without any error. But as it had a Virtual Production system in the Project we moved the changes to PRD system manually.

And now we want to change the status of CD's to "Imported into production", but as the entry of Transport is not maintained/updated in track table the status change is not possible.

We also tried doing it forcefully by using the Program "CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT", But it was not helpful.

Can anyone please let us know how we can achieve the status change for these CD's which were imported manually.

Hi Rakesh,

I've had a few issues with can't close CDs and there are a couple a things you can try:

1. Add the Status assignment block to your CD and try to directly change the status there.

2. If the CD is in an error status (system status I1030), you can clear that by using a SAP utility program provided in note 1911047 named Z_CRM_REMOVE_SYSTEM_ERROR. After the error flag is removed, try to change the status again using CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT.
